MULTI-PURPOSE (MP) LOAD BARS

The Multi-Purpose (MP) series load bars are designed for use in a variety of portable applications including alleyway platforms, single animal cages, or small animal crates. Accuracy rating of +/- 1% when installed on a level surface. Coated to resist corrosion, the MP load bars will provide many years of trouble-free service; interfaces with all Tru-Test indicators. MP series load bars are available in 3 different lengths; 2-year warranty.

  • MP600 – 23” (4400 lbs. total weighing capacity)
  • MP800 – 32” (6600 lbs. total weighing capacity)
  • MP1010 – 39” (6600 lbs. total weighing capacity)

MP series load bars are not designed for squeeze chute or head-catch type systems.

HEAVY DUTY (HD) LOAD BARS

The Heavy Duty (HD) series load bars are primarily designed for permanent installations under permanent, manual squeeze chute systems. The unique footing absorbs the tremendous side loading forces which can occur, preventing damage to the scale system. Accuracy rating of +/- 1% when installed on a level surface. Hot-dip galvanized to resist corrosion, the HD load bars will provide many years of trouble-free service; interfaces with all Tru-Test indicators. HD series load bars are available in 2 different lengths; 2-year warranty. Brackets sold separately.

XHD2 4-Load Cell System

The XHD2 Load-Cell System is the newest digital livestock scale system from Tru-Test. With 10,000 lbs. total weighing capacity, the XHD2 Load-Cell System is designed for permanent applications under hydraulic squeeze chutes or large platform scales for weighing groups of animals. The XHD2 Load-CellSystem consists of 4 bending beam load cells constructed of plated tool steel. The 4 load cells connect quickly and easily in a waterproof junction box. Accuracy rating of +/- 1% when installed on a level surface; interfaces with all Tru-Test indicators. Strong and durable construction ensures long term reliability; 2-year warranty. Brackets sold separately.

XRP2 STATIONARY ELECTRONIC ID (EID) READERS

The Tru-Test XRP2 EID Panel Reader reads HDX and FDX-B tags as animals enter the alley or chute. Its rugged design makes it ideal for permanent or temporary installation in most handling systems, and the superior read technology ensures consistent tag reads every session. The XRP2 EID reader is designed with revolutionary fast auto tuning, providing maximum performance under all conditions. Common installations include feed lots, sale barns, universities, purebred and commercial operations.
